Electronic communications – websites, mass emails, Flash animations – come in all different shapes and sizes. (Okay, that's not totally true since websites typically come in a rectangular, screen-shaped form, but you know what I'm getting at here). Since needs vary, the approach to designing or updating material likewise varies.
This might mean building an entire site with a lot of related information, or just better incorporating images and content. You may already have all the text needed, or we might adapt your printed materials for the web. Or maybe your IT office is incommunicado (or nonexistent) and you just want someone who knows how websites work to update your existing site with current information.
